Every Fabbro Souvenir product originates from careful design by our graphic office in Italy.
We start from deep local knowledge: monuments, traditions, customs, and symbols are transformed into unique souvenirs.
Nothing is pre-packaged: each item is custom-designed and crafted with care and creativity to tell the authentic soul of each destination.
We model
From graphic design to volume: each project comes to life through the skilled hands of our sculptors.
Starting from sketches or digital files, we hand-model each piece in wax, transforming the two-dimensional idea into a unique three-dimensional prototype.

We paint
Every Fabbro Souvenir product is entirely hand-painted in our Cambodian facility. This is a choice of quality and value: out of 300 employees, 250 are specialized decorators.
Skilled hands, trained over the years, turn each piece into a unique work, carefully refining colors and details with artisan precision. Hand painting is our signature.
Quality

Each product is checked one by one in our Cambodian plant.
We verify the quality of hand decoration and prevent graphic errors, given the difference between Asian and Western alphabets.
Each piece is marked with an identification number, ensuring traceability and a unified language between Asia and Europe.
This is our commitment to precisionand reliability.
Transport
Inside our factory, a dedicated logistics office manages sea transport.
We operate on two lines: a fast one, with reliable Italian and European suppliers; and a seasonal one, optimized for price. Both are monitored in real time, allowing us to inform customers with precision about the location of their goods and expected delivery times.
Logistics
We manage logistics through two strategic structures: one in Greece, at the Port of Piraeus, and one in Udine, near the Port of Trieste-Venice.
Here, containers are unloaded, sorted, and converted into pallets destined for distributors or importers.
Each shipment is optimized to ensure efficiency and traceability throughout the entire supply chain.
Order
management
Our order and billing office coordinates every phase: from order reception—whether for in-house or third-party products—to document and regulator checks.
It verifies labels, packaging, and legal compliance, overseeing the entire process through to delivery and payment.
The goal: precise, fast, and error-free service for every customer.

We manage internal transportation using express couriers and dedicated trucks, selected based on destination and urgency.
Each shipment is planned to ensure punctuality and accuracy, making sure the goods arrive perfectly intact to the final customer, whether distributor, importer, or retailer.

FABBRO was born four generations ago, as a ceramic bowl factory supplying soldiers in World War I.
Over time, clay took on new forms: regional folk items, then tableware under the guidance of “mamma,” the beating heart of the third generation.
Today, with the fourth generation, FABBRO has completely transformed: We have moved beyond traditional ceramics to focus on the world of souvenirs, becoming one of the leading companies in Italy and Europe. We carry forward a story of passion, creativity, and strong roots

The entire group is led by Fer.im Srl, which coordinates the entire supply chain: from production to distribution.
We operate through Fabbro Souvenir for the Italian market and Santorini Souvenir for the Greek one.
We produce in Cambodia, with 300 employees specialized in hand-decorated resin processing, and in China, where we collaborate with local manufacturing partners and manage a logistics base in Hong Kong.
In Italy, our owned warehouses ensure efficient distribution right to the point of sale.
